This correspondence is a letter of recommendation for employment opportunities for J ossette
Sookie. For the benefit of anyone considering your capabilities, I was the program manager
supervising programs (Operation Forward March, and Operation About Face) at Paxen when
J ossette was employed there as a Site Manager, and served as her direct line supervisor during
that time.

I first became acquainted with J ossette when she was an instructor with Operation Forward
March and I was conducting staff training for program staff. It became evident at that time that
the hiring manager had made an excellent selection in deciding to bring her on board. More
importantly, it was obvious that she had qualities which would be of benefit in other areas.

While I was not the staff person that selected her to move up the ladder to the position of site
manager, I was not surprised at the selection. Later when I became affiliated with the program,
I was also responsible for certifying staff trainers for the company. While I certified dozens of
people company-wide, J ossette was the only person that I personally selected and subsequently
certified as a staff trainer.

J ossette prides herself in being professional and respectable in her interactions with all people,
