rec(cling paper program, 'ecause we as)ed ourselves whether nowada(s, when people use
computer so intensivel(, 'ecoming *uite addicted to it, do the( have a +friendl(, 'ehaviour towards
the common writing paper- &n order to ac*uire an eco.responsi'le 'ehaviour we must , each and
ever( one of us, change our mentalit( and ha'its. /e must 'e aware that each da( we have the
opportunit( to reduce the negative impact on the environment generated '( our activities. $rom the
ver( 'eginning, Eco.responsa'le 'ehaviour is a state of mind referring to adopting some apparentl(
simple gestures with great effect on reducing the fatal influence over the environment represented
'( producing waste, pollutants, greenhouse gas, etc. Ever( (ear, appro0imatel( 12 million ha are
e0tinct. Ever( fallen tree represents the loosing of the protection that the environment and nature in
general give us.

A new concept which promotes reduction of pollution '( sending, receiving and pa(ment of
e.invoices and thus lowering paper, was launched in Romania9 @reen &nvoice .
!ne of the main reasons of adopting e.invoice is the dropping
of pollution level and including the compan( among of the social
responsa'le ones. 3( not printing an invoice there will 'e a
lowering of all the other processes involved, as transportation and
printing...3( passing to e.invoice, deforestation is reduced and we
can contri'ute to elimination of car'on dio0ide.

/e do consider paper usage such a normal thing that we forget what this actuall( involves9
cutting of a tree, celulose extraction, producing paper, using and throwing it away, cutting of
another tree to produce other quantity of paper after we have thrown away the one before. 3ut,we
ignore an essential stage9 paper rec(cling and saving the trees. Rec(cling is on of the simplest< or
not8= methods to protect the planet from pollution. The principle is simple9 (ou re.use the paper
until (ou get 'ored and (ou do not cut other trees an(more.
The paper used '( each of us means a'out A fallen trees per (ear, to which (ou can add the
energ( , water and chemicals consumption. As a conse*uence of printed advertisments and other

disintegrates and pollutes the air, soil and the groundwater. /aste incineration is not a solution for
the future, 'ecause it produces ashes, sometimes dangerous, acid gases which pollute the air and
