Requirements:

Form groups of 4 people. This report should be between 1800 and 2400 words and
should be written regarding the soft side of HR management. By the soft side I am
referring to how you as a manager would use some of the tools that we have discussed
during class to assist you in motivating your employees in order to maximize efficiency
and create an atmosphere conducive to productivity and personal job satisfaction.
You can provide examples and scenarios as to how the tools and theory would be applied.
Your reasoning should include comparisons to some of the historical and more current
theorists that have been discussed in class as well as those that you find when researching
the paper. You should also reference at least 5 other credible sources to support your
work and may introduce other theories that you find when researching material for this
paper. Additionally you may also use the reference textbook.
