Details: In June of 2002, an 18-count
federal indictment was returned by the
U.S. District Court for the District of
Colorado charging Vipin Agarwal with
possession, receipt and distribution of
child pornography. Previous investigative
efforts revealed Agarwal to be one of several
administrators of an Internet bulletin board
known as Tea Lovers, putting purveyors
of child pornographic material in contact
with one another and assisting same in the
trading of child pornographic material.
Agarwal fed the U.S. in June of 2012 to his
home country of India and has not returned
since.
