VISION:

PAYAAM‟s vision is to see a prosperous Pakistan where everyone enjoys equal rights and
privileges. We aim to build the basis of a non-discriminatory society, where every one irrespective
of his social status or disability enjoys equal accessibility and education opportunities.

MISSION STATEMENT:

To rebuild, reconstruct and regenerate a new spirit of unity, faith and discipline in our great
nation, Pakistan. We want to infuse the values of philanthropy, patriotism and disregard for the
social and class-oriented prejudices in our children who will run the country in the near future.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

a. Enhance and promote access to opportunities in the education and health sector.

b. Adopt measures for the elimination, through awareness, of all such traditions and values
that lead to social antagonism and promote racial discord and disharmony. We want to
promote the message “Live and let live”, and encourage feelings of tolerance in the society
and bring positive behavioral change by launching awareness campaigns through mass
media.

c. Inculcate the spirit of nationalism and patriotism in the youth of Pakistan through service to
under-privileged Pakistanis.

OUR PROJECTS:

To achieve all these aims, PAYAAM Foundation is currently running the following
programs:

PAYAAM MUSTAQBIL:

With one eye on the future, PAYAAM MUSTAQBIL aims to create leadership and technical
skills in the future and present generations of Pakistan which would help Pakistan both in the
short-term and the long-term. Our major objective is to establish skill-development centers across
the nation where different skills would be imparted to the masses free of cost. We initially aim to
start classes in computers and arts, with special emphasis on skill development and character-
building of the students. Our main focus will be on:

OBJECTIVES:
Transforming the Education System in an attempt to put more emphasis on technical and
job-oriented studies.
Fostering local innovations and encouragement of local skills to come forth in the global
market.
Promoting job opportunities by providing individuals with the skills to enhance their
productivity in the small-scale and cottage industry sector.
PAYAAM‟s 1ST SKILL DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY CENTER G-7, Islamabad

PAYAAM inaugurated its first Skill Development Community Centre (SDCC) on 21st April, 2009 for
physically challenged, visually impaired and underprivileged segment of society. Senator Talha
Mehmood (Chairman Standing Committee on Interior), Basit Subhani (President PAYAAM),
Najam Mustafa (Chairman of the Quran Academy) and a large number of children with various
disabilities along with their parents were present on the occasion.
The facility is aimed at emphasizing technical and job-oriented studies to turn the PWDs into a
productive section, providing equal access for the deprived females and use IT as a tool to promote
quality education. The centre will also develop outreach to rural-urban slums and disadvantaged
population through community participation.

Basically it is a model Skill Development

Community Centre. In future PAYAAM is
looking forward to establishing a number
of similar centers in the rural and deprived
areas across the country where besides
computer education, Quran would also be
taught at this centre along with other skills
such as arts and handicraft making. The
first centre has been established through
small contributions made by students,
volunteers.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
PAYAAM is in its juvenile stages, and we
are trying to base the very foundation of
the Foundation on youth. Youth is both
our motivation and driving power. We
don‟t want to waste this new breed of
upcoming talent. Therefore, we here at
PAYAAM have started an internship
program for the graduation and post-
graduation students. What our youth
undoubtedly holds is talent, what we
need to do is to chisel its skills.
Therefore, our internship program aims
to give our youth leadership skills and
the confidence to be world-beaters. This
we believe will be the greatest gift
PAYAAM could offer to the society if it
could breed a new line of future bold
decision-makers

Therefore, we have designed the internship curriculum which aims to enhance both their decision
making and interpersonal skills by including Jj interaction from people from all various
backgrounds and bold-decision making our main priorities.
CAREER COUNSELING:

Today‟s youth is very confused about what line or field of study it should pursue for its
future. It is also confused about the educational institution to choose, about how to apply and when
to apply. Therefore, to help them and counsel them, PAYAAM Foundation is organizing career
counseling session every Friday and Saturday. Renowned Career Counselors organize and are
involved in these sessions
PAYAAM “WAKE-UP Pakistan”

We want to wake the nation from its slumber of peace into the harsh realities that life today
poses. We want to make them aware of their responsibilities, and direct them towards a path that
is logical, rational as well as constructive, but is repelled by the people especially the youth because
of a trio of inexperience, exuberance, as well as peer pressure. To achieve these aims, we are
planning to conduct sessions on ethical, moral and social values in major education institutes
throughout Rawalpindi/Islamabad. We want to make them aware of ways to enjoin fun and frolic
with responsibility, and give them awareness about ways to enjoy life in a way which is not
detrimental to the society. This is our attempt to build life-changing partnerships between the
parents, children, the elderly, as well as the policy makers and the major contributors in the
society.

PAYAAM “PASSION FOR PAKISTAN”:

PAYAAM Foundation feels today that the passion and commitment shown by the masses
during massive cavalcades like the recent earthquake in Kashmir and during the wars with India
are not reproduced in the day-to-day life of the country. Therefore, we aim to instill the zeal,
commitment and passion for our beloved country in our youth that was present in our forefathers
during the days of the independence. We want to make them appreciate the massive scale of the
sacrifices made by the all-and-sundry for Pakistan. We as individuals perhaps do not as of today
hold that flame in our souls of doing something for ourselves and for the country. Therefore, to
instill a new passion of patriotism and philanthropy in the great people of this great country,
PAYAAM Foundation is working and has worked on the following projects
PAYAAM SEYHUT:
Aims at striving for Equal Participation, Youth Immersion, Health and Utilitarian trends we
want to encourage the masses in general with the youth in particular to participate in activities that
promote health like for instance sports. We believe that such activities can help people in
discovering both their strengths and weaknesses while giving them a much more profound insight
into self introspection. This can also help them avoid many diseases related to laziness and a lack of
exercise. These include obesity and tendons and muscular pains among others. Our main activities
include:
FREE MEDICAL & HEALTH AWARENESS CAMPS
PAYAAM Foundation has successfully organized 5 free medical camps to-date. but it has
been estimated that an average of 500 patient directly benefited from each camp. Free medical
diagnosis was provided on the spot to people from the poorest sections of Rawalpindi and
Islamabad. Other major highlights of the camp were as follows:

Free Medical Checkups

Free Medicines
Free referrals to major hospitals in Rawalpindi and Islamabad
Free psychological counseling
Awareness sessions about health and hygiene
FREE COUNSELING SESSION
Free counseling and growth group sessions are being organized by the PAYAAM Foundation
every Friday and Saturday. In these growth group sessions, people from various backgrounds with
a high proportion of youth participants are invited to discuss their day-to-day problems,
experiences and visions about life. This helps in relieving their tensions and stress as well as shed
light on their problems like drug addictions among others. This has also enhanced youth
participation.

PAYAAM RAAHATAIN:
Strives for reaching for accessibility, promoting Humanitarian attitudes and targets
inclusiveness. We at PAYAAM believe in an inclusive society where everyone irrespective of his
disability or social status enjoys equal rights and privileges. Therefore we aim to promote all such
trends which could lead towards our objective of a socially-unprejudiced society. Therefore our two
major objectives under this program are the following:
Inclusive Education
Barrier-free and Right-based society

INCLUSIVE EDUCATION:
Facilities for students with disabilities both at public and private sector educational
institutions are virtually non-existent. As a result, disabled students find it extremely hard to
continue their education. Consequently, there is a high rate of illiteracy amongst the disabled
community. Disability coupled with illiteracy results in the isolation of the disabled people. That is
why majority of the disable people are not functionally active and productive citizens of the
country. PAYAAM endeavors to bring all disabled individuals in mainstream national life and aims
at improving the accessibility of the disabled.

BARRIER-FREE AND RIGHT BASED SOCIETY

Every disabled person has the right to live in a barrier-free and rights-based society that
accepts their disability. PAYAAM‟s aims at enabling all such people to have open access places of
work, study, and pleasurable activities (picnic spots etc) by building ramps and making toilets
accessible.
SPECIFICS:
PAYAAM Foundation has started the project of collaborating with the major education
institutions of Rawalpindi and Islamabad in its bid to introduce an inclusive system of education in
the twin cities. It has conducted thorough surveys in these institutions, and has started a project of
constructing ramps in schools to enhance disabled participation in the present educational
curriculum.

We have also started a program to identify the disabled individuals in the target areas of G-7
Islamabad in our bid to bring them out of their isolation. We aim to create a community out of
these individuals and identify the major problems faced by them in their day-to-day transactions.
For this, our teams are conducting a door-to-door survey throughout the sector G-7. We aim to
spread this program throughout Islamabad/Rawalpindi in the near future and have a long-term
ambition of having a nationwide survey.

PAYAAM-E-UMEED

PAYAAM FOUNDATION has also developed strategies to deal with national crises and
calamities like (God Forbid earthquakes, or floods). The extensive network of PAYAAM members
would enable us to efficiently distribute food packages, clothing, medicines, beddings, etc.
nationwide. To meet up disaster situations, PAYAAM plans to develop ventilator ambulance
services, volunteer registration tool and tracking system for displaced people. In a nutshell, we
would help in rebuilding a community after a natural disaster.

PAYAAM EVENTS

1st NATIONAL WHEELCHAIR CRICKET TOURNAMENT (NWCCT 2008)

This event was the first of its kind in Pakistan where handicapped people from all over
Pakistan were given a chance to display their skills in the cricket field. Teams from all the four
provinces of Pakistan as well as from Azad Kashmir participated in the event. It was an attempt on
our part to create awareness in the policy makers as well as the masses about the problems faced by
the handicapped, as well as create a social network between the disabled. The event also gave a
chance to newly-disabled and the disabled-by-birth to discuss their problems as well as gain a new
insight about their future course of actions. The project turned out to be a great success, and the
major objectives set out before the events were well-met. This also gave the PAYAAM team a good
chance for introspection, and a better insight into understanding the norms and decorum required
for organizing major events.

To honor our country on 14th August, the day of its birth,
PAYAAM Foundation organized a cycling gala at F-9 Park,
Islamabad. It was an attempt on our part to induce the
youth towards self-discovery, as well as encourage their
participation
AAO in health-promoting activities like sports and
RANG BIKHAIRAIN
cycling. Participants from all-over Rawalpindi and
Islamabad participated in the event, which included
professional cyclists as well as amateur cycling zealots. We
are of the believe that there is no better way to look into the
proper socio-economic scenario of the country as well as
gain an inner prospective about its culture, ritual and
heritage than cycling. Therefore, PAYAAM Foundation also
organized a cycling gala from Islamabad to Murree.
Although only a few participants managed to make it up to
the serene mountain resort on bike, it was still appreciated
by both the participants and those present on the occasion
as a way to introduce socially-constructive and
environment-friendly activities like cycling to the masses.
1st Inclusive Show “AAO RANG BIKHAIRAIN”:

JASHN E AZADI KIDS RANG MELA (PAINTING & SINGING COMPETITION)

PAYAAM Foundation organized its mega event “AAO RANG BIKHAIRAIN” on 12th August
2008. It was a first-ever inclusive event of its kind in Pakistan, and singing and painting
competitions were held. No discrimination was made between the disabled and the non-disabled.
In fact, as the event turned out, three of the winners turned out to be from the handicapped. This
included a child who drew his painting form his feet, as well as a blind girl who won the singing
competition. This was an attempt on PAYAAM‟s part to induce the spirit of an inclusive society,
where everyone irrespective of his social status and disability enjoys equal rights and privileges.

CELEBRATING EACH CHILDS BIRTHDAY
Payaam team organized another innovative event on the 30th of December, 2008. President
Payaam, Mr. Basit Subhani, found an unconventional way to celebrate his birthday. He decided to
give his part of emotions, celebrations and jubilations to the deserving orphans of Edhi
Foundation. The aim was to put a smile on every child‟s face, honoring them with respect and a lot
of happiness. The young, zealous and cheerful volunteers of PAYAAM planned a joyful event for the
children. The event took place at F9 Park. Volunteers of Payaam and children mixed with each
other like a family and enjoyed every moment staying together. They played on the swings and
showed excitement on this new experience of life as they never thought that someone is there to
share their joys and sorrows. A big cake cutting ceremony took place in which all the children
equally participated. The smiles on their faces and the feel of joy in their hearts were worth
watching. The children were later on given refreshments. They were also provided with warm
linens.
PAKISTAN YOUTH CONVENTION

PAYAAM organized Youth Convention 'TALOUYE-E-SEHAR BAAQI HAI'' in collaboration with

Pakistan Youth Alliance on 25th December 2008 at F-9 Park, Islamabad to show that if time
comes, the youth of Pakistan remains united to protect the sovereignty of their motherland. The
world would see our youth stands united to let their voices be heard and play an important role in
the nation building!

NEWS ONE was the Media Partner of the event. Faisal Rehman moderated the proceedings while

Zahid Hamid, Air Marshal Masud Akhter and Basit Subhani were the speakers.
PAYAAM‟S AWARENESS SEMINAR ON WORLD AUTISM DAY

PAYAAM organized Awareness Seminar in collaboration with Ministry of Social Welfare & Special
Education on 2nd April, 2009 in connection with the “World Autism Awareness Day” in Islamabad.
News ONE was the Media Partner of the Seminar. PAYAAM is aiming to create awareness in order
to gain support from the society for Autistic people so that they can live a content and meaningful
life. The panelists included:

 Dr. Matloob Azam

Associate Professor & Pediatric Neurologist – PIMS
 Ms. Ayesha Kamal Butt
Speech & Language Pathologist – Shifa Intl. Hospital
 Ms. Haleema Sadia
Mother of Autistic child & ABA Therapist
 Mr. Basit Subhani
President Payaam
 Ms. Rahia Aftab
Project Manager – Payaam
There were some key recommendations which emerged from this extraordinarily meaningful
brainstorming session held at the ill-named National Institute of Special Education for „Mentally
Retarded‟. It was also one of the key expectations now attached with the Ministry of Social Welfare,
which has thus far miserably failed in its responsibility to institute measures for rehabilitation of
autistic children.
The government must prioritize the establishment of separate autism units within its existing
network of special education institutions so that the specific developmental needs of autistic
children can be appropriately met.
This seminar was special because for the first time ever, the hitherto subdued voices and concerns
of the parents of autistic children were heard by professionals including a pediatric neurologist, an
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist, and a speech and language pathologist.

PAYAAM affirmed its commitment to bringing such health issues into the limelight. Later, this
meaningful awareness seminar was telecasted on the television for a couple of times on News ONE.

Let's Kick POLIO ... out of Pakistan!

Awareness about preventive medicine is vital to improve public health indicators for which nearly
2400 children were administered vaccine in a two-day polio vaccination campaign. This was
launched by Payaam in collaboration with Islamabad Traffic police (ITP) and Ministry of Health
from April 14-15 2009.

In this regard free vaccination camps were established at various points in and around including
Noorpur Shahan, Katchi abadi G-7, Saidpur Village, 9th Avenue PTCL Chowk, Jinnah Avenue
Kalsoom Plaza Chowk, Garden Avenue Crossing, Peshawar Morr Crossing, Margalla Road Faisal
Chowk, F-10 Round About, F-7/2 Near Women College, Jinnah Super Market Near Flower Market
and Murree Road Rawal Dam Chowk.

A large number of parents/guardians visited the camps and got their kids vaccinated. Besides,
medical experts present on the spots imparted basic information to the visitors regarding the
devastating affects of polio.

PAYAAM is all set to provide its services to eradicate polio from the country and make Pakistan
polio-free. It was pleasing to see a large number of students from various educational institutes
enthusiastically participated in the polio campaign. PAYAAM registered the names of polio victims
who visited the check point on both the days. And in the future PAYAAM will distribute free
wheelchairs among them so that they can move easily and live an independent life.
NATIONAL WHEELCHAIR CRICKET TOURNAMENT 2009

renowned personalities like IG Islamabad Kaleem Imam, SSP (traffic) Dr. Sultan-E-Azam Temuri,

to dampen the spirit of players. A total of six matches of six over‟s a side was played.

In the end, Cash Prizes and trophies were distributed

among the winners. We are thankful to all the
sponsors for supporting this mega event. We are also
thankful to the Electronic and Print Media for their
massive coverage of this event. The final moments of
this tournament were telecasted LIVE on famous
local TV Channels which include Geo TV, ARY

name a few.
MERA PAYAAM PAKISTAN
(JASHN-E-AZADI KIDS RANG MELA)
„PAINTING COMPETITION‟

PAYAAM organized a Mega Event „JASHN-E-AZADI KIDS RANG MELA‟ (MERA PAYAAM
PAKISTAN) on 12th August, 2009 in Islamabad at Open Air Theatre, Shakkar Parian in
collaboration with Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP).
Children from ages 4-14 participated in the event. The event aimed at promoting the idea of
an inclusive society which despite not being a new idea in Pakistan has not been
implemented properly either in letter or in spirit. This program was our attempt to build
partnerships between the communities, families, schools as well as the policy makers, and make them aware
of the need of their co-operation in the fight against a socially-biased, discriminatory and divided society
with unequal opportunities for the rich, the poor, the handicapped and the non-handicapped alike.

The Panel of judges included some famous names from the NCA. The proceedings were continued by a joint
concert by Basit Subhani, TAGS Band and Asim Subhani. Famous TV Artist and Comedian Masood
Khawaja, VJ & RJ Irshaad Khan and some other famous radio and Television celebrities were also present.
An estimated crowd of 800 - 1000 graced the event. This included the children themselves, their parents
and members of the faculty of various leading educational
institutions among others.

Wheel chair distribution was another major highlight of the

event. PAYAAM distributed 10 wheel chairs to physically
handicapped children and adolescent who were badly in need of a
wheelchair. Certificates were also distributed among the
participants of the painting competition. Certificates were also
given to the students of PAYAAM‟s first skill development centre
who include visually impaired, wheel chair users.
Plant a Tree
World Environment Day

'When we plant trees, we plant the seeds of peace and seeds of

hope.'
PAYAAM, in collaboration with CDA, carried out an awesome
'Plant a tree' campaign on the 18th August, 2009. Around 50
energetic team members of PAYAAM planted more than a thousand
plants in the developing area near Tarnol and E-11. The different
saplings that were planted include the famous tree Sukh Chain. This
activity was a unique and different experience for all the youngsters
as most of them had not plant a tree.
PAYAAM Iftari
PAYAAM gave a grand Iftar Dinner to 300 persons who are orphans, widows and old age people at Edhi
Home, Islamabad in the Holy month of Ramadan. Through such an endeavor, we aim to inculcate a spirit of
philanthropy amongst the general public, with special emphasis on the youth and divert their attentions
towards socially-constructive activities like charity instead of socially-detrimental behaviors. It was made
sure that these people get the high quality food so that they don‟t feel segregated.
Spreading Special Colors of Eid for Special Children

PAYAAM distributed Eidi, clothes, toys and food among the physically challenged children on the 17th of
September, 2009 at PAYAAM‟s head office in Islamabad. Special Gifts, wheel chairs and new clothes were
distributed to the children by President PAYAAM Mr. Basit Subhani. The children had a big smile on their
faces as they feel as being the ignored part of this society.
EID – Sab ke Liyie

PAYAAM organized „EID FOR ALL‟ at Edhi Home on the Eid day. The objective of organizing the event
was to inculcate awareness among the masses especially in youth that while celebrating our religious
festivals we should not forget the have-nots like widows, orphans and old age people leading life of
ignorance by their near and dear ones at orphanage/old age houses etc. And while going on Eid shopping for
ourselves we should not forget our brother and sister who do not have access to new clothing, shoes etc. A
large of number of Payaam volunteers from various educational institutions of twin cities of Rawalpindi and
Islamabad participated in it. PAYAAM distributed Eidi, clothes, toys, Bangles and food among the orphans,
widows and old age people so that they could also participate in the festivity.

To add more color to the occasion a small mesmerizing magic show was arranged to entertain the kids. All
children paid heed to the magic show and glee could easily be seen in the whole environment. Basit Subhani,
President PAYAAM who is also a showbiz personality gave an awesome musical performance and rocked the
event while Asim Subhani also entertained the crowd by singing some popular cover songs.
Medical Camp at Balakot

PAYAAM under its project PAYAAM-e-Umeed set up a one day free Medical and Health Awareness camp at
Balakot on the 8th of October, 2009 to provide medical assistance and awareness on health-care issues to the
affected people of October 8, 2005 earthquake. The main objective of holding medical camp was to provide
basic health facilities and awareness to the people of Balakot. The team comprised of doctors and medical
students of Fauji Foundation Hospital, Rawalpindi. A large number of male, female and children visited the
camp and had free medical checkups, advice and medicines. Most of the patients were diagnosed with
various skin diseases, gastric problems, throat infections, arthritis etc. Among others there was some
earthquake survivors who got injuries during the earthquake and were not properly treated which caused
severe complications. The medical experts were of the view that most of the patients visited the camp were
unaware of the diseases they had which was mainly because of lack of awareness.
Painting Competition at Bilyani (BALAKOT)

A painting competition was held at Bilyani (Balakot) on the 9th of October, 2009. Children of
different ages participated in the competition. This came as a surprise to all the young boys and
girls of Bilyani as they have never participated ever in anything like this before. Gifts were
distributed among the winners and all the participants.
Peace Walk – International Islamic University (IIUI)

To condemn terrorism and extremists, PAYAAM in collaboration with Pakistan Young Journalists Forum
(PYJF) and Future Leaders of Pakistan (FLP) organized „Peace Walk‟ at International Islamic University
Islamabad (IIUI) on 25th October, 2009. Basit Subhani, PYJF President Rahat Kazmi and Faiz Paracha led
the rally attended by over 100 young journalists, rights activists, students and civil society activists. The rally
started from the IIUI main gate to Shariah Block that was hit by a suicide bomber moments after at similar
strike at female cafeteria. The participants shouted „Pakistan Zindabad‟, „Pak Army Zindabad‟, „Terrorism,
Kerry Lugar Bill (KLB) unacceptable‟ etc. The members stopped at blast sites, showered rose petals there
and prayed for the departed souls. They also prayed for the army and police officials killed in terrorist
attacks.
PAYAAM Bandhan

PAYAAM has launched a new project „Payaam Bandhan‟ where we will help in the marriage ceremonies of
poor and orphaned girls Insha'ALLAH. This Project is important because at present in Pakistan, there are
many families of girls who are unable to sustain themselves and don‟t have any source of income enough to
marry their daughters and sisters. In these cases, helpless parents resort to extreme measures such as killing
their children and thereafter committing suicide themselves. So on our part we are trying to help these types
of families with some funds so that they can commence the marriage of their Girl Child. We will also arrange
community marriages where we will arrange for mass marriage of many poor families in the years to come.
Since Mass marriage is an excellent concept that will help avoid excess expenditure. And we think and
believe it would immensely please all sections of society if all people who can‟t afford expensive marriages
try to adopt this practice. In the initial plan – we will be getting the couple a dress for the wedding day, a
dinner set, and gifts for the bride i.e. Sewing Machine etc., a composite of shoes and bangles, with a set of
jewelry! A complete make up and photo coverage of the wedding also includes in the package. The whole
food will be sponsored as well.
Passion for Pakistan – Hoisting Flag Ceremony

In a unique bid to infuse the concept of Iqbal‟s „Shaheen‟ in youth, Payaam team hoisted the national flag at
top of the one of the highest hills of capital called B-1. The team of young patriotic volunteers led by
President PAYAAM Basit Subhani was comprised of students from various educational institutes of the twin
cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The activity was organized to mark the Iqbal‟s Day. The enthusiastic
volunteers started off their journey on Sunday (November 8) and came back on November 9 thus staying in
camps through out the night in harsh weather in order to hoist the flag on hilltop. The objective behind
arranging this event to was to revive national fervour amongst the youth. The event was also an attempt to
highlight the concept that Pakistani youth is the falcons or „Shaheens‟ of Iqbal whose destinies are to
conquer every hill and mountain that comes in their way.
PAYAAM FOUNDATION - A VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION

It has indeed been one great roller-coaster ride for the PAYAAM Foundation since its
inception in February, 2008. As you may well be aware, PAYAAM Foundation is a volunteer
organization with more than 2000 volunteers registered to-date. Majority of theses volunteers are
from the youth, with some notable exceptions from both the children and the elderly. Theses
volunteers come from various social backgrounds, and represent an amalgamation of different
lifestyles, ways of thinking and visions about life. We at PAYAAM are proud to hold the distinction
of currently having enrolled individuals from nearly all major esteemed educational institutes from
Rawalpindi and Islamabad. We here at PAYAAM are trying to mix a blend of all these social values
to make the recipe of new exciting PAYAAM culture. We want to spread the effervescence of
patriotism and philanthropy through the nooks-and-corners of our beloved country, Pakistan. For
we all know that one thing that Pakistan has never lacked is manpower. We want to breed this
manpower, chisel its skills and hone its talents to create a new thriving social milieu sunk deep in
values of unity, faith and discipline. We have both the talent and enthusiasm, but what we only lack
are funds. So come join us and together we can change lives.
