NMCB 74 Decommissioning Ceremony

Ceremony will commence onboard NCBC, Gulfport, on Friday, 25 July 2014 at 0830 in warehouse 203. The
ceremony will last approximately one hour.

Parking
Parking is located mile from ceremony location. Shuttle service will be provided and it is suggested that guests
arrive an hour early.

Base Access
Guests unfamiliar with the base are encouraged to enter through the Broad Ave gate. To access base, guests must
have either a valid Military ID, or have completed the electronic RSVP form. Guests without a Military ID that have
completed the form will be allowed on base starting at 7:30am, on July 25th and will only be allowed travel to and
from the parking lot. All guests over the age of 16 must have a form of government/state identification.

Directions to Broad Avenue Gate from US HWY 49
Head South on US HWY 49 until its junction with US HWY 90. Turn right onto US HWY 90 and continue for 1.3
mi. Turn right onto Broad Avenue and continue for 1.1 mi. Base gate will be directly ahead.

Directions to Parking Lot
After passing through the gate, make a left at the intersection onto Marvin Shields Blvd. Continue going straight
through two stop signs, make a left onto Bainbridge Ave, just before the McDonalds. Continue until you see the large
Seabee on the right, at the entrance to the parking lot.
