Minimum seats allotted 3 +
Leads provided directly from Airtel every month via email along with DNC (Do Not Call) scrubbed data. Lead contains customer information like- 1. Customer First Name, Last Name 2. Customer Contact Number 3. City 4. Monthly Usage 5. Activation date of his/her prepaid card
Airtel Provides:
Calling script in Hindi, Gujarati and English Language. Rebuttals Training through Airtel Executive. Plan details including monthly rental, free minutes, free sms, etc. Airtel free calling card + WLL phones * No. of seats allotted. New updates regarding plan schemes, changes in scheme, new avail. Plan, etc.
Your Job is to:
Greeting Calling the lead provided as much as possible Offer the post paid plan as per his/her usage. Explaining the advantages of plan thoroughly. Customer should understand what plan you are offering. Call Courtesy Collecting Documents for the sale done.
Payment Slabs:
PAYMENT ACCORDING TO ALEX PLATINUM PLANS (MOST PREFERABLE PLAN).
TAB SLABS Additional Payout. 50-75 Rs.150 per act. 75-100 Rs.175 per act 101-150 Rs.200 per act 151-200 Rs.250 per act >200 Rs.300 per act
Claw backs:
Clawback Negative CV Sale will not be counted ZAT<10 o/g MOU within 15 days of activation. Sale will not be counted First Bill Default 100% of the paid amount
In case of Plan change from Higher rental to lower rental within 3 months of activation, only the commission on the lower rental will be paid.
Business Fee:
For 5 systems 1,50,000/- For 10 systems- 2,00,000/- For 15 systems- 2,50,000/-
Note:- The business fee would be charged once and is not refundable at any circumstances and no negotiations regarding business fee.
