ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We would like to express our special thanks of
gratitude to our teacher Dr. Jagmohan Roy who
gave us the golden opportunity to do this survey
project on the topic AAP before and after Delhi
election, which also helped us in doing a lot of
findings of todays politics and politicians and we
came to know about so many new things in Indian
Politics.

Secondly we would also like to thank our
respondents who helped us a lot in finishing this
project within the limited time.

INTRODUCTION:-
Aam Aadmi Party, an initiative of Arvind Kejriwal, is
an Indian political party, with its main goal to fight the corruption
entrenched in Indian politics. AAP was born from the popular India
against Corruption movement which had been seeking an anti-
corruption Jan Lokpal Bill since 2011.
When anyone in the country talks of AAP or Arvind Kejriwal, the main
leader of the party, everyone feels that he is the real hero of change.
Kejriwal believes in the dictum that "Change begins with small things".
Really, change will begin with small change and so he has greatly
shaped our Indian Politics by bringing transparency in Indian
Governance and being the change what the people of India wants to
see.
The AAP says that the promise of equality and justice that forms a part
of the constitution of India and of its preamble has not been fulfilled
and that the independence of India has replaced enslavement to an
oppressive foreign power with that to political elite. The party claims
that the common people of India remain unheard and unseen except
when it suits the politicians. It wants to reverse the way that the
accountability of government operates and has taken an interpretation
of the Gandhian concept of swaraj as a tenet. It believes that
through swaraj the government will be directly accountable to the
people instead of higher officials. The swaraj model lays stress on self
governance, community building and decentralization.

METHODOLOGY
We carried 200 surveys in the college campus and from
our neighbours. About 50% of the surveys were carried
from the people who have voted and the results of
each survey are analysed in the form of pie chart, bar
graphs, etc..
CONCEPT AND OBJECTIVES OF THE
STUDY:-
We got the concept of doing this survey work from our
Indian politics and the todays emerging party, AAP to
find how it has left its effect on the present generation
of India.

Our objective also includes finding its influence
basically in Delhi, one of the biggest cities of India.

Our survey is divided into two sections AAP before the
Delhi election and AAP after the Delhi election.
