March babies of Hollywood

As many of you celebrate your birthdays this magical March, are you
eager to know which big screen star shares the same date of birth as
you?

March 1:
Kesha
Justin Bieber
Lupito Nyongo

With LAs new darling and bad boy thrown together on the same day, not
to mention stunning Ke$ha, who gets your vote as the ultimate 1
st
March
baby?

March 2:
Daniel Craig
Jennifer Jones

While you might instantly recognize Bond man Daniel Craig, the second
name might be an unknown one. Jones was an Oscar-winning actress
during Hollywoods golden age (between 1927 and 1963). She won the best
Actress award for one movie and was nominated subsequently four more
times for her works in other films.

March 3:
Jessica Biel

Yes, it is Timberlakes wife, Jessica Biel. The stunning lady is an actress
in her own right, starring in movies like The A-Team (2010), New Years
Eve (2011) and Total Recall (2012).

March 4:
Jenna Boyd

If you have watched The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, you might
remember Jenna Boyd, who played Bailey Graffman.

March 5:
Sterling Knight
Eva Mendes

Sterling Knight is the typical American guy with blond hair and deep, light
blue eyes, well known for his role in 17 Again, though I liked him a lot in
Disneys Starstruck where he just rocked. Mendes has starred in many
films, though she is more known for being Ryan Goslings girlfriend (now
ex-girlfriend).

March 6:
Moira Kelly

Have you watched the Disney hit Lion King? Cos the voice of Nala,
Simbas girlfriend, belongs to the one and only Moira Kelly.

March 7:
Rachel Weisz

You might remember Evanora from Oz the Great and Powerful. She was
played by none other than Best Supporting Actress winning Weisz, who
has acted in numerous movies.

March 8:
Freddie Prinze Jr.
John Kapelos

Scooby Doos Fred Jones was portrayed by Freddie Prinze Jr. who also
starred in I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997) and its sequel,
based on the books by Luis Duncan. For fans of John Hughes classic
1980s high school films, you might recall John Kapelos, the cool janitor in
greatest high school films of all times (in my opinion), the classic that was
The Breakfast Club.

March 9:
Brittany Snow

Pitch Perfect would not have been so perfect without awesome Brittany
Snow who had also acted in Hairspray as unforgettable Amber.

March 10:
Olivia Wilde

Olivia Wilde is a fairly well-known actress and her looks are the envy of
many.

March 11:
Terrence Howard

Howard was Lt. Colonel James Rhodes in Iron Man co-starring with
Robert Downey Jr. in the super hit movie.

March 12:
Jamie Alexander
Aaron Eckhart

Jamie Alexander turned heads recently as Thors second love interest
(though it was a little one-sided) Sif whilst Eckhart is well known for his
character in critically acclaimed The Dark Knight Rises series.

March 13:
Harry Melling

Harry Potter devotees will definitely jerk at the names Daniel Radcliffe
or Emma Watson but hardly give a reaction the name Harry Melling. Well
you should because Melling was the much-hated and ridiculed bully and
Potters cousin Dudley.

March 14:
Jamie Bell
Michael Caine
Aamir Khan

Among the three, including Tintin star Jamie Bell and one of Britains
best actors, my personal favourite is Aamir Khan. His blockbuster
Bollywood movie 3 idiots, made me cry and laugh at the same time and
instantly converted me into his fan. Though it was in Hindi (which I too
dont know), anyone could understand and fall in love with it.

March 15:
Kellan Lutz

Twilight fans, remember Emmett Cullen? Well that was none other than
model and actor Kellan Lutz.

March 16;
Alexandra Daddario
Isabelle Allen

The adorable Alexandra with an extremely-hard-to-pronounce surname
was Annabeth Chase in the Percy Jackson movies whilst young Isabelle
Allen acted as the young Cosette in the musical historical drama film, Les
Miserables.

March 17:
Olesya Rulin

Do you recognise this name? Well, every single person who has ever
watched the High School Musical Series should cos she is the cute and
lovable Kelsi Nielsen. Remember now?

March 18;
Lily Collins
Queen Latifa

These two names do not need any introduction, do they? Think Mortal
Instruments, think Hairspray.

March 19:
Bruce Willis
Patrick McGoohan

Remember the Good Day to Die Hard trailer you watched on the screen
every time you passed by Ion Orchard? Well that is Bruce Willis. All the
motion pictures featuring him have together grossed between 2.6 and
3.05 billion US dollars, which makes him the ninth-highest grossing actor
in a lead role and twelfth highest in a supporting role. Patrick McGoohan
has acted in numerous films between the 1950s and 2000s.

March 20:
David Thewlis

Think Professor Remus Lupin. Yes, yes the beloved professor was played
by David Thewlis and to those who share his birthday, I envy you.

March 21:
Mathew Broderick

Star of another one of John Hughes great films, Ferris Buellers Day
Off, Matthew Broderick won over many with his portrayal of Ferris
Bueller. He also voiced Simba in The Lion King. Extremely cool!

March 22:
Reese Witherspoon

Reese Witherspoon knocked down stereotypes of blondes as silly, stupid
and immature and proved that they too have a brain and they too can use
it to succeed in her breakout role as Elle Woods in the hit film Legally
Blonde.

March 23;
Catherine Keener

Though you might know her as Percy Jacksons mother, she is also a very
talented actress with multiple Academy Award nominations and box
office successes.

March 24:
Jessica Chastain

In a world where men typically star in movies and females are there for
the sole purpose of romance, Jessica Chastain defied this and was the
star of Zero Dark Thirty, which details the events that led to the
capture of Osama bin Laden and also grabbed an Academy Award
nomination for her praiseworthy role.

March 25:
Aly Michalka

Aly Michalka was Rhiannon, Emma Stones best friend in Easy A (a great
movie about being proud of who we are despite societal pressures) and
the star of Bandslam.

March 26:
Keira Knightley
Jennifer Grey
Carly Chaikin

Everyone knows Keira Knightley after Pirates of the Caribbean. But she
has also acted in the film adaptation of Pride and Prejudice as Elizabeth
Bennet. Carly Chaikin, you might or might not recognize, depending on
whether you watched The Last Song (yes, the Miley Cyrus movie) where
she was Blaze. Jennifer Grey was the star of Dirty Dancing and will
always be remembered for her dance with Patrick Swayze at the end of
the movie with the song Time of my Life playing in the background. No
one can and will forget the big move at the end of the dance (I loved it).

March 27:
Mariah Carey
Brenda Song

These two names need no introduction. They are well-known and
recognized. Just as a sidenote, I adored Wendy Wu: Homecoming
Warrior.

March 28:
Julia Stiles
Lady Gaga

Alright, I know that Lady Gaga is a singer, but to her credit, she did
appear in some films (although it was a cameo). Julia Stiles is an awesome
and a natural actress, who gained fame and praise for her first film
itself, 10 Things I Hate About You, a modernization of Shakespeares The
Taming of the Shrew. You should definitely, definitely catch it!

March 29:
Barry Pearl

Another 1980s man, this time Barry Pearl who was Doody in Grease, the
super hit musical film starring the John Travolta. Fans of the 80s, March
seems to be your month!

March 30:
Robbie Coltrane

Another Harry Potter character, again born in March. This time it is the
beloved gamekeeper Hagrid. Just a fun fact: Did you know that he has
also appeared in two James bond films?

March 31:
Rhea Perlman

For those who have read Roald Dahls Matilda and are eager to know who
played Mrs Wormwood, well Rhea Perlman is the one.

So, March babies, are you satisfied with the celebrities you share your
birthdays with?
