Creation of Data elements


1. Creation of Data element PIN_DPAN
Step 1: Execute transaction SE11 and choose the Data type radio button and create the data element.




Step 2: Enter the description and provide the domain as Char1.



Step 3: Maintain package in the Attributes tab.



Step 4: Maintain the field labels.



Step 5: Save and activate.

2. Creation of Data element PIN_DPATH
Step 1: Execute transaction SE11 and choose the Data type radio button and create the data element.





Step 2: Enter the description and provide the data type as STRING.








Step 3: Maintain package in the Attributes tab.



Step 4: Maintain the field labels.



Step 5: Save and activate.









Creation of BAdI
Step 1: Execute transaction SE18 and create the Enhancement Spot.




Step 2: Create BAdI definition as shown.





Step 3: Create the interface as IF_EX_HR_IN_F16_MAIL.

Step 4: Create two methods and their parameters as shown.




Step 5: Save and activate.
Creation of BAdI implementation
Step 1: Execute transaction SE19 and create the implementation.



Step 2: Provide the implementation name and select Enter.




Step 3: Provide the implementing class and choose the BAdI definition.

Step 4: Create the implementation for the methods.

Step 5: Code the logic and activate the implementation.






Steps for creating message
Step 1: Execute transaction code SE91.
Step 2: Enter the message class HRPADIN01 and message number 408 and select Create.

Step 3: Provide the message text as shown.
Text: Fill either the Landlord PAN details or enable the declaration checkbox


Step 4: Save and activate.





Steps for creating text elements
Step 1: Execute transaction SE38 and enter HINCF160.

Step 2: Choose Insert row and add the text as shown.
Sym: 602 Text: Email Attachment (PDF file only)
Sym: 603 Text: Folder Path
Sym: PAN Text: PAN-wise download

Step 3: Save and activate.
