Morning Meeting reflection

1. How well did your advisory collaborate in creating the PowerPoint and leading the meeting?
What worked well and what did not work well?
My advisory worked very well with each other in creating and presenting our morning
meeting presentation. We distributed what needed to be done evenly and all had an equal amount
of work to do. One this that was fairly difficult was meeting the deadlines and updating the slides
that needed to changed everyday.

2. How would you describe your role in the process? Leader? Contributor? Creative designer?
Main speaker? On a scale of 1 10, how meaningful were your contributions & why?
I was the Set-up crew for my advisory. Every morning I arrived to school early to
check over and prepare the computer so everything was ready for those presenting that day.
Although I didnt have my own assigned slides, I still helped the other students in the advisory
when they needed ideas for their slides.

3. What did you learn about yourself from the process of working with your advisory to lead
morning meeting?
I learned that I can be of great use to people around me. If I was to offer my help to
others I could be helpful to the students in my advisory as well as students in my other classes.

4. How could you, or your advisory, improve morning meeting next time?
Next time we have morning meeting, my hopes are that my advisory stays on top of their
slides and keep up with the necessary changes so that we would not need worry about what other
had to do the morning we present.

5. What do you personally hope to do differently next time?
Personally I hope to try and be of greater use than I was this time. I want to be able to help in a
way where Im not just setting up every morning when my advisees have way more work to be done.
