The club shall enforce and adhere to the following laws in this matter:

The com(lainant should as/ to s(ea/ to the most senior member of staff a*ailable+ This
(erson will ta/e details of the issue and if it cannot be resol*ed immediatel% or the
com(lainant is not satisfied with the resolution offered or wishes to escalate this further the
member staff can either record the com(laint and (ass to 0ice -hairman or (ro*ide the 0ice
-hairman1s name and the address of the club so that the com(lainant can (lace their
com(laint in writing+
The 0ice -hairman will ac/nowledge recei(t of an% com(laints within 23 hours and will aim
to offer a full re(l% and where (ossible a resolution within 14 wor/ing da%s+
5f the matter still remains unresol*ed or wishes to escalate further the com(lainant will be
as/ed to address their res(onse to the -hair and Secretar% of the -lub who will
ac/nowledge recei(t within 23 hours and will aim to offer a full re(l% and where (ossible a
resolution within 15 wor/ing da%s+
The -hair and Secretar% reser*e the right to in*estigate this using a closed or o(en
committee meeting+
