Subject : Designation as OFFICER IN-CHARGE of the Wood Work area.

1. In the best interest of the service in order to carry out much better the operation of the Wood Work
area of the General Services Unit, MR. CEAZAR TULIPAS, is hereby designated as Officer In-
Charge of the Wood Work area of the GSU.
2. As Officer In-Charge, Mr. Tulipas shall act on the following specific routinary duties to wit:
2.1. In-charge of safe keeping of the materials and fabricated projects within the Wood Works area
2.2. In-charge for the release of the materials to be used for the projects to be stored at the Wood
Works area.
2.3. Record the delivery of the fabricated cabinets, tables, and the like to the requesting unit.
2.4. Receive the written job requests from the different departments/units.
2.5. Perform other task as instructed by higher authorities
3. This order takes effect on this date and shall remain enforced unless earlier revoked or rescinded by
competent authorities.
4. Through this order and with the new organizational set-up, we could further improve our services to
the University and provide more facilities to our stakeholders in particular.
