headed, narrow-minded, open-minded, short-tempered, thick-skinned, two-faced, warm-
hearted, well-behaved

Write:
1) TB p. 14 # 1, #2
2) Write ten sentences using the compound adjectives

Online:
If you have not yet added your favorite songs to our wiki, you have one more day to do
so. Check your email for an invitation to join the wiki, and read the assignment and find
the link to the wiki at the blog at http://english4.blogsome.com

Buy:
A microphone for your computer (you might already have one, but an inexpensive
microphone should only cost you about 4 euros).

due in class Thursday 10-30 (C) or Friday 10-31 (A,B)

Online:
Go to our blog at http://english4.blogsome.com. Follow the link and instructions to the
survey about songs.
Then complete the survey.

Also on the blog, you will find instructions for recording your voice. Record a test file
and upload it.

Study for your chapter 1 test on Monday. On the test you will need to know:
• Relationship vocabulary (TB p. 11)
• Compound adjectives (TB p. 112)
• Present perfect simple/ past simple
• Present perfect continuous
