My collage is supposed to explain how much African Americans

acomplished. During slavery Aficans didnt have any rights and they were like
prisoners because they werent free. It was hard to picture slaves leanring how to
read our to become successful in life but our heroes showed that it was a
possibility. By the 1920s they had been already freed from slavery and gaining
rights. People of color were moving up in life they created musical bands quotes
that are mentioned everyday and much more. People like Louis Armstrong,
Langston Hughes, and much more showed that African Americans could
accomplish anything as long as they set their mind to it and thats what im trying to
show you in my collage.
