Do you ever watch animal show on TV? Do you think animal chases are eciting? An animal
chase is a real!li"e eperience that most animals go through every day# The predators$ or the
bad chasers$ take their "ood down# The prey$ or the good guys$ run "rom their predators and
escape# %ometimes$ the prey is lucky and gets away# &ther times$ the prey is not so lucky and
the predator wins the "ight#
&ne eample o" escaping predators is the 'ebra and the lion# The 'ebra is the prey and
the lion is the predator# (irst$ the 'ebra is eating or )ust walking around$ while the lion gets
ready to "ight and chase# *hen the 'ebra notices the lion$ it runs away to sa"ety#
