alified persons to fill the following vacant positions as per the Constitution o
f Kenya 2010 under article 176 and County Government Act No. 17 of 2012 Section
45, 50 and 51.

ICT Officers Revenue, Job Group 'K' (3posts)


Duties and responsibilities:-
Assist in the processing of daily cash receipts
Provides revenue statements to individual clients in the county
Creates and reviews payment invoices
Provide source documents for audit purposes
Enters revenue collection data
Reconcile accounts receivables for utilities on a monthly basis


Requirements and competencies for appointment
Be a Kenyan citizen
Be in possession of a Diploma in computer science, ICT or a related field fr
om a recognized institution in Kenya.
Must have passed CPA II
Have knowledge in computer programming
Have broad and operational knowledge of information management system
Have relevant working experience of not less than Three (3) years
Satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010

Certificate of good conduct from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID
)
Clearance certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) but exempted
for Diploma holders
Tax Compliance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
Clearance certificate from the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
