    With reference to the above mentioned parcel, we hereby assure you that the only purpose of DVD’s
    would be for job work i.e. market research analysis of the traffic seen in the footage. The process would
    be counting the number of vehicles seen in the footage. The data would be entered into an MS-Excel
    worksheet and then sent back to the client via email.

    We are not going to screen these DVD’s out side or misuse it by any way or other.

    We will send back these 26 DVD’s in 80 days of time period i.e. within 3 months period.
