Grading system 1/3 each for recit, midterms, finals paper

Finals paper 10 page paper (500 words per page) on any topic on IP
On the last part of the syllabus about trademarks and internet, he only added it for insurance and he
only added it if theres extra time, most likely we will only be upto enforcement by contracts
Usually 15 cases per session, depending where we end he will add more so on the next meeting it will
be 12 to 15 cases
Assignment for next week 12 cases from parts 1 and part 2, until trade dress
