Romeo and Juliet Vines Project

Directions: In your groups, you all will create a stream of Vines that illustrates the main ideas of
each scene of your assigned Acts of Romeo and Juliet. In the Vine, you and your group will
perform and stage a series of tableaus (a freeze frame picture) that represents each scene in
the Act you have chosen. This project will stay true to the idea of vines, so you will have 10
seconds to represent each main idea of each scene in your Acts with your tableaus. You will
be able to use your tweets to help you create your vines! Be creative and have fun!

Mastery Objectives:
1. Tableau must represent main idea of each scene.
2. Video representation of each scene must be ten seconds long.
3. Use your tweets to set up the video representation of your tableaus.

Expectations:
Each tableau should have at least two freeze frames in the ten second time frame for
each scene
Each tableau should have a 2-3 sentence caption summarizing the details of the scene
(you can use your tweets for the caption). Captions should come before the tableau.
Everyone in your group must participate in the making of your tableaus
