School Picnic News

June 2014

Tuesday, June 10, is our annual school picnic! This day is always a
HUGE success and tons of fun!

Again, this year we are asking parents and students to WALK to
school that day OR PARK in the subdivision (making sure to adhere
to city parking ordinances).

Parking on only 1 side of the street
Parking not allowed on side of street that has a fire hydrant
and/or that states NO PARKING FIRE LANE

Fraser Police have been contacted and are in agreement with this
request. They will absolutely reinforce any parking violations.

Our greatest concern is that of cars blocking any type of entrance or
path if an emergency vehicle would need to get into the parking lot.

Therefore, our parking lot will be for (1) parents who are dropping off
and picking up their children before and after school (2) Edison staff
members (3) parents who are organizing the picnic.

We will have people at the stop signs directing children and parents.
