a. What things in the pre-test had you heard of before? - There were a lot of things that I
recognized in the pretest. Pretty much everything was familiar like CDs, interest rates,
investments, credit scores, and things like that.
b. What things in the pre-test were you unfamiliar with? - There really wasnt anything in
the pre-test that I havent already seen or heard of before.

What stimulations did you do on the IRS website? What did you learn from completing
these stimulations? - I did Module 6 Alicia Garcia and Cicely King. I learned that filing married
jointly provides a lower tax. Each exemption decreases taxable income. Opting to receive a
refund by direct deposit is the fastest way.

Writing a check Summary- They show you how to write the date on a check, What to put
for the pay to the order of, where to put the amount of money in numbers, where to put the
amount of money in written in words and that if theres room left over to draw a line, what to put
for the memo, and that in the signature line your should write in cursive and write Thomas
instead of tom or Amanda instead of Mandy.
Balancing your Checking Account Summary- It shows you how to fill out a blank
register.
What I learned- I learned how to keep track of your balance with a checking account summary
and how to write out a check.
