SUMMER DAILY OPERATIONS

1. Clock in
2. Clean pool and hot tub using vacuum, nets and brush
3. Check pool and hot tub chemicalsadjust daily as needed
4. Prepare pool area for day use
Straighten chairs
Spray off deck and chairs
Water flowers
5. Unlock pool gate
6. Walk property and pick up garbage or other materials from grounds
7. Meet with management to discuss
Work orders
Weekly goals
Number and order of unit turns
8. Complete work orders in order of first importance within 24 hours of resident request
Any work orders related to water issues or air conditioning units immediately rise to top
priority
9. Make a note of any items that are in need of attention while going about work orders
10. Attend to those items after work orders are completed
11. Work on vacant units to get them rent ready
12. Turn units based on priority (ground level vs. amount of bedrooms)
13. Check in with management each time you enter the office or every two hours
14. Management will notify facility maintenance of any emergency work order requests via call or text
15. Check the pool area before clocking out. (Trip hazards, foreign objects, chemicals, skimmers etc.)
16. Clock out
