Chapter 1: Christmas Day

Hooray Hooray its Christmas Day Tomo shouted. As he ran to Danny and Haydos bed.
Tomo brought his pillow with him and hit both of them on the head. It was to days after the
three of them have landed in Thailand. The wind blew calmly as the boys got ready to go
and have a swim. The boys were very happy and excited to go play and have a swim in the
beach. Tomo and Haydos suggested going snorkelling. They hired a boat and bought some
snorkelling gear. They thought it was a fantastic idea. The three boys went onto the boat, as
they were on the boat they saw a massive fish that jumped out of the water.
Danny was scared of going snorkelling but Tomo and Haydos forced him to go. They all
jumped into the water and started to see some wonderful fish. They even saw a wonderful
gummy shark. Danny was screaming I am so scared, I am so scared A few hours later they
jumped out of the water onto the boat and went back to the resort. They all decided to
jump into the boiling hot spa and they loved it. A few minutes later they hopped out of the
spa to have some yummy hot dogs for lunch. Tomo had 5 hot dogs and Danny and Haydos
had 3. Tomo loves eating his food as he is a big eater. Haydos is a very humorous person and
Danny is just the fastest out of all of them. After lunch they all went to the beach to sunbake
and get a tan. They were all so relaxed and fell asleep, except for Danny. He was very active
and felt like going for a swim in the water. Tomo woke up and looked at Haydos snoring his
head off. It was now getting late and Tomo Haydos and Danny were watching a funny TV
show. After that they all decided to go to bed as they were all very tired.
Chapter 2: The Horror on Boxing Day
It was a brand new day as the hot oiling sun shone through Tomos curtains.
Ok everyone wake up, its a brand new day Tomo shouted
Danny and Haydos were both moaning and yawning, they were very tired for some reason.
As the boys got up and got ready for the day, Tomo received a letter saying. That he and
another person were able to get a free massage. Tomo felt bad for the person who going to
miss out so he gave his ticket to Danny. So Danny and Haydos went to go get their
massages. Tomo was left all by himself so he decided to go for a swim in the pool. Suddenly
the wind got stronger and the birds flew out of the trees. The ground started shaking and
then as Tomo looked up he saw a TSUNAMI smash threw many trees and houses. It was
coming straight at Tomo, he tried to run but that was a really bad and pathetic decision. An
within seconds Tomo was wiped out. Tomo waked up to find himself in the water floating in
the water, with nobody in sight. Tomo was stuck in a little whirlpool which dragged him

around in circles. Tomo saw a log they he could grab onto to take a massive breathe. It was
tough for Tomo as he was bleeding on the leg. As Tomo was bleeding he looked up and
found some land to walk on. He made his way over there and was safe for a few minutes or
even hours.
As Tomo was walking he heard a voice coming from a distance that sounded like a little kid
It could be Danny or Haydos Tomo whispered to himself.
He made his way over to where the screaming was coming from; it took Tomo a while
because he could barely walk. As he finally made it to where the screaming was coming
from he saw a kid stuck on a log in the water. He looked really young, Tomo made his way
back into the water to help the kid. Tomo grabbed onto his hand and pulled as hard as he
could to pull him back to land. Tomo was screaming in pain as his leg was bleeding really
badly. The boy was really heavy to pull but with all of Tomo strength he pulled one last time.
Tomo was really happy that he saved a kid from danger.
What is your name Tomo asked
Mitchell or Mitch the kid replied
The two boys were walking together as they saw a tree they could stay and be safe for a few
hours. The two boys were very tired and needed some rest so Tomo helped Mitch climb the
tree and then he climbed the tree. Tomo was having trouble as it was too painful for him to
climb the tree with a bleeding leg. Tomo needed Mitch to help him up on the tree; it took a
while as Mitch didnt have enough strength to pull Tomo up on the tree. Finally they tried
was more time and it worked they could finally rest. Mitch fell asleep while Tomo was still
up putting some leaves on his bleeding leg. Tomo fell asleep for a few hours as he was very
tired to even move his body.
Chapter 3: The Aftermath
As the two boys were resting their body, survivors were searching the area where they were
on the tree. Tomo woke up as he could hear people talking while searching for any
survivors. The people looked very friendly and they looked like they were from a tribe. The
people saw Tomo and Mitch and decided to run at them. They grabbed Tomo as he couldnt
walk and rushed him to safety. The people from the tribe took them back to the camp
where there was some safety equipment. Tomo rested in one of the tents on a soft
mattress, and then suddenly Tomo screamed Wheres Mitch! Tomo rushed out of his tent
to ask for help to search for Mitch. The people from the tribe got a car and drove back to
where they found Mitch and Tomo, but this time Mitch wasnt there. Where could he be
Tomo screamed! At that point on wards Tomo was so sad, they returned to the camp site
and searched there. Tomo looked everywhere around the camp but couldnt find Mitch.

Mitch was only a young boy so he wasnt safe all by himself. Tomo was so scared and
worried, until a truck came into the camp site with more survivors. Tomo looked at the
people that came out of the car and one of them was MITCH! Tomo was so relieved to see
Mitch in a safe place. Tomo rested as the day went on; he couldnt get lots of sleep because
he missed his two best friends [Haydos and Danny] The next day Tomo searched for with
some other people from the tribe to find survivors. Tomo needed to find Haydos and Danny
so he decided to ditch the camp people and go and search for his friends on his own. Tomo
decided to go back to the resort but through a different path. He was walking for hours
trying to find the resort but hit was hopeless, Tomo was lost. As Tomo was walking he found
a beach and started to walk faster than normal. With the tip of Tomos eye he saw a
helicopter in the sky flying right above the area of the beach. Tom was screaming for help
but it was no use. I am so dumb, why did I ever leave that camp Tomo whispered in his
mind. Tomo decided to keep on going up to the resort; it was covered with trees and water.
It was very muddy and it was really hard for Tomo as the muddy water was hurting his leg.
The resort had some survivors in it and they were screaming for help. Maybe Haydos and
Danny are there Tomo whispered to himself. As Tomo got closer the louder the noises got,
he tried to run but it was hopeless he was too tired. Finally as Tomo made it up to the resort
people were everywhere. Tomo had no idea where he could find his friends. Tomo was
asking everyone have you seen a two people named Haydos and Danny. Everyone replied
no, except this one person he said yes. The person said that the last time he saw to people
named Haydos and Danny was about 2 hours ago. Where were they Tomo asked.
They are in one of the apartments resting up the man replied.
Tomo rushed the apartment that they were staying in, once he got there he tried to open
the door but it was locked. Tomo was screaming open up the door guys its me Tomo
There was no reply he tried again, but still no reply. He tried one last time but there was still
no reply. Tomo tried to kick down the door and he succeeded. Tomo ran into the room and
searched for the two friends but they werent there. As Tomo was walking out he was very
sad, but then a noise was coming from the bathroom Tomo ran to the bathroom and looked
inside. HAYDOS, DANNY your live HOORAY Tomo shouted with joy. Why didnt you guys
answer the door? A horrible man locked us in here Haydos said.
Why Tomo asked
Not sure Haydos replied
Tomo was so relieved when he saw his friends again. Alright lets get out of here, the guys
ran outside of the resort. How are we going to get back home Haydos asked. Tomo came
up with a great idea. I have got a few people that helped me who can help us as well.
Tomo said. The guys ran altogether back to the camp where Tomo was with Mitch. Tomo
asked the people from the camp if they could borrow one of their cars. Tomo and his friends

wanted to get to the airport to catch a plane back home to Australia. The people of the tribe
said sure so they were on their way to the airport. As they were in the car driving to the
airport they saw lots of people needing help. When they got to the airport there were
thousands of people waiting in line to go and evacuate. The boys had no other option but to
cut through the lines. Many people were being evacuated by boats helicopters and planes.
Luckily the boys got put onto the plane as quick as they could. The boys were so relieved
that they were away from this horrible event and that they are on their ways home to their
real homes.
Chapter 4: One year later
It was a year later from when the three boys were hit by the natural disaster in Thailand.
There were still people suffering and needed help. Tomo Haydos and Danny were very
lucky, as they made it back home to a wonderful and safe country. The guys had their own
lives to live; Tomo was still scared for those people who were in Thailand as they will never
be able to know when another Tsunami will hit. The people in Thailand were still evacuating
from the Tsunami in Thailand. Tomo caught up with Danny and Haydos to see what they
were all up to. As they normally they would tell stories of what they have been up to, but
not this time. They were just kept on talking about the Tsunami and how they were affected
by it. Tomo was really upset as he hadnt seen Mitch for a while. We dont know where he
went or even where he is. The three boys then decided that they will donate to the people
in Thailand they are affected by the Tsunami. The each donated $500 to the people in
Thailand. A few weeks later the people in Thailand got the money, in total $1500 was
available to spend for people that are suffering.
The guys always wanted the people suffering to get better so they did what they needed to
do. As the guys lived on with their lives they all had that horrible memory of what
happened in Thailand.
