Importance of promotion and identity within architecture Working within project team: Observed how to construct the team plus co- ordinate and integrate consultants drawings. National rail project involvement: Taught me the GRIP design process which describes the management and control of national rail network schemes. Client meetings: Understanding of the client's perspective an ability to communicate effectively with client and understand his/her needs. Inter design meeting: Appreciation of the different professions connected to architecture and how they are integrated to bring a project to completion. Mark Wiskins Sports Academy, Assistant Coach, Essex & Suffolk areas Assisted in teaching children on summer multi sport activities. This experience helped me gain leadership skills as I would usually take control of the sessions and organise the sports and activities for the children. Also my communication skills were developed through talking to the parents afterwards.
