This

year in English class, I have learned

many writing skills, such as ideas and voice,
and types, such as report writing and setting a
scene. I have also learned many methods to
understand a word, like looking at its Greek or
Latin root. My organizational and time
management skills have also been improved. I
have been able to meet deadlines quicker than
before. Reading has become something I can
do more in depth, for I now have skills such as
predicting and asking questions to myself.

I think I have improved most on my
writing, for I can now interpret idioms and my
voice into my writing to make it more
interesting and fun to read. I still need to work
on my time management skills. Even though
they have improved, I still dont meet all my
deadlines.

Next year, I hope I can further improve my
writing and get my work done on time much
more.
