Double Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup REEE!" Cream# $eanut %utter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light bro&n sugar
1 egg
1'1/4 cups all'purpose flour
(/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking po&der
1/4 teaspoon salt

2. Combine butter, shortening, peanut butter, granulated sugar, bro&n sugar
and egg in large bo&l0 beat on medium speed of mi1er until &ell blended/
tir together flour, baking soda, baking po&der and salt0 graduall# add to
butter mi1ture, beating until blended/ tir in peanut butter chips/
3. hape dough into 1'inch balls/ $lace 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie
sheet/ 2sing fork dipped in additional granulated sugar, flatten balls to about
