This is asking you to deal with both sides of the
argument.
It wants you to look at it from the perspective
of students but also from the perspective of
other relevant links.
There is no definite answer to the question it
relies upon you presenting evidence impartially
and judging which is the weightier side.

Deal with the less weighty side first.
