environment, to achieve business objectives.

I am ambitious and competitive to achieve career success which I accomplish by setting goals and
working hard to reach them both in my professional and personal life. I challenge myself in many ways
setting goals of ever increasing difficulty, I compare my performance against that of others and my
competitiveness translates in a strong desire to win.

I prefer tasks that allow me to work with lots of people in a collaborative setting. I am very
cooperative, listens to others, and encourages coworkers to become involved. I put groups success
before my own and I value helping people reach their goals.

I describe myself as a very persistent individual who rarely gives up. I enjoy putting in a concentrated
effort to overcome obstacles and solve difficult problems. On most occasions I will stay late to
complete projects, rather than leave things unfinished.

My career experiences have allowed me to become an individual who can adapt to change rather
quickly from managing store operations with an average 2000 square foot print to over 500,000 square
foot print. Corporate office setting has taught me to be very collaborative to reach everyones goal
without compromise.
