Farewell Speech

Colegio Menor has given me 14 years that I will never forget. In this institution I
have made my life meeting friends that will last forever. I have learned
everything here, not only about the subjects of school, but also about life. It
seemed we had so much time until this day came, but now we are a couple of
months away from a new life, college. Even though attending class, reading,
solving math problems, and doing exercises is not of my favorite things in life,
my classmates have made it easier and worth it. The 2014 promotion has had
its ups and downs. When we were young we were not as close as we are now.
There were different groups and there was barely any contact between them.
That changed in 9
th
grade when Coreografias started. This event made
everyone work together and since then we became a very united grade where
everyone respects and helps each other. Now, in our senior year, we have had
many moments that Im sure no one of us will forget. This year we have had
many unforgettable parties, haciendasos, we won juegos internos, and the best
of all, we won Coreografias. This grade has given me everything I ever wanted
and more; I will miss every one of you. I will also like to mention my group of
closest friends and soccer team, La Peringucha. We created this team last year
for a tournament. Our goalkeeper, Stefano, is known for his sense of humor.
Our defense, Maag, Chochi, Hibbard, Juanes, and I, are recognized for our
solid defending. In the midfield area, Ochoa, Gabo, Emilio, Anda, and Panda,
amaze us with their talent. Finally, our only forward, Merino, has scored many
important goals. I will miss you guys. Thanks for all these years.
