Introduction

Following the excellent planning for the recording of voices, New Media
are producing a cartoon using our actors. They have asked us to prepare
a planning portfolio for the voice acting.
The cartoon is a mishmash of voices of different characters from
different cartoons.
We will carry out the following planning to enable them to produce a
high quality cartoon in an efficient manner.
We will provide them with the following documents/ carry out the following activities.
1. Seek permission for them to use characters from different cartoons
2. Schedule of activities
3. Names and addresses of actors
4. Budget
5. Log
6. Minutes of meetings
7. Risk assessment
