Jiu-Jitsu Lesson

My creative master is Baruc Martin Barrios. He is a creative master in the field of Jiu-
Jitsu because he is a black belt which is the belt required for teaching. He exemplifies my
passion through his commitment to Jiu-Jitsu and how he teaches it to others. I myself want to
become a black belt and be able to teach others.

1. Rear naked throw
2. Shirt grab to kimura
3. Hug around the stomach and arms
4. One hand push to wrist lock
5. Hand on throat against the wall elbow
6. Hand on shoulder sequence (armbar and kimura)
7. Double punch block to hip toss
