Discussion about new groups- trying something new, will hopefully allow us to be more
productive, etc.
Jobs- Hand out job descriptions, allow them to read it, then read it to them as they follow along
using engaged reading strategies.
Selecting Jobs- Be a good sport, you get what you get, you will only have this job for as long as
it takes us to read this book. Manager will be given job list to record who has what job.
