The permission to undertake internship in our Bank by the student (s) subject to unconditionally

acceptance and give undertaking for the following terms & conditions by the student (s), as per Banks
Policy.

1 Bank will not bear any expenses whatsoever.
2 No claim for any employment to be made by them by virtue of having associated with the Bank for
their project work.
3 They should give an undertaking to maintain secrecy of the business, clients and administration of
the bank i.e., undertaking of fidelity and secrecy in the prescribed proforma in Annexure - C duly
filled by the student / Trainee.
4 They should undertake to submit a copy of the Project Report immediately on completion of the
study.
5 Project Report cannot be published in the press or journals without prior permission of the Bank.
6 The practical training will be given for a maximum period of two months only.
7 On completion of the training to submit feedback report as per Annexure - D from the guide under
whose guidance the trainees do their project along with the Project Report
