It has practical usefulness and applicability (e.g. it provides solution for existing problems and difficulties in organizations and society; it improves the quality of life; it provides a tool for effective decision-making, it aids in making policies and actions). 5 QUALITY (30 points) 1. Design Methodology a. The proposed system meets users requirements as described in the Systems Analysis and Design b. CS/IT techniques model and methodologies used are correct and appropriate 10
