A. BENEFITS AND OPPORTUNITIES DERIVED
Establishing this Nacho food stall in Mindpro Citimall will have several positive repercussions on the socio economic
state of the city and country as a whole.
Setting-up a Nacho stall will allow economic diversification in the city where other low-skilled jobs
are predominant.
The Nacho stall will create two full-time jobs and two part-time jobs; it will offer new job
opportunities to young people, especially women in Zamboanga City. This affects the economy of
the Philippines; providing jobs is decreasing the unemployment rate.
Creating jobs for women will empower them; it will help them to increase the household income in
a very positive and comfortable way. This promotes gender equality and women empowerment.
In addition Creating jobs for young people who wish to have part-time jobs to enable them to
increase their allowance and save money.
Furthermore, the creation of these jobs will ensure to employees respectable wages and thus helps
to lift up the standard of living of the concerned households
The sales transaction of nacho stall has backward linkages that will be beneficial to the whole city
and country as a whole, mainly through nachos, dips and beverages, purchase from suppliers.
Moreover, the training of the employees will have received will equip them with valuable skills for
future job opportunities
Finally, the nacho stall will be viewed as a new great addition, and as one of the reasons to hangout
