Warm up for 2-3 minutes @ 6kmph
1 Minute Sprint @ 12kmph
90 Seconds Recovery @ 2kmph

1 Minute Sprint @ 12kmph, 3% Incline
90 Seconds Recovery @ 2kmph

1 Minute Sprint @ 12kmph, 6% Incline
90 Seconds Recovery @ 2kmph

1 Minute Sprint @ 12kmph, 9% Incline
90 Seconds Recovery @ 2kmph

1 Minute Sprint @ 12kmph, 12% Incline
(Be Cautious, Use 9% Until Conditioned)
90 Seconds Recovery @ 2kmph
