Successibility Thinking 8

Here we are back to Six Minutes. I dont know about you but I love these declarations.
And if you will practice them as I do, youre going to have good things happen to you.

Today were on declaration number 8. And this is a cool oneI am happy. Thats the
declaration for the day, I am happy. Now listen to this: I enjoy the good life. Regardless
of the storms and the problems of life, I am happy. Joy is within me even in the midst of
the cold, hard winters of life. There is within me an invincible summer. I like that. Theres
always a good climate inside. I am happy.

Do you know you see so many people wander around with long faces and telling you
whats wrong-- theyll be repeating what they hear on the news. Im going to suggest
that you sit down, spend four or five minutes, and stop to think of all the things youve
got to be happy for. Think about it. Its a beautiful concept.

You know the process of adjustment and attunement can be summed up in one
wordgratitude. Now think about that, if your life is just a little unbalanced, if it needs to
be adjusted, if you have to get tuned inthe process of adjustment and attunement
can be summed up in one word: gratitude. And Im going to tell you, if you sit and think
of all the things youve got to be grateful for, youre going to be happy.

So Im going to suggest four or five minutes. Its a beautiful way to go through the day.
And then as you go through the day, this is going to keep flipping back in your mind.
Youre going to think, Im happy. Im so grateful. Im happy. Thats youre declaration
for the day. Now four or five minutes thinking of all the things youve got to be grateful
for, thatll make you happy. Try it. Youre going to like it. Four or five minutes.
