1. T asks each S in turn a question; Ss must respond using grammar
pattern.


Production

1. Ss pair up. S pairs are given scenarios to which they must produce
excuses using the pattern and topic vocab four sentences or more).
S pairs write their excuses on paper and pass them to the right. Now
S pairs report the excuses to the class and explain whether or not
they would accept the excuse.
