Christy has difficulties controlling her emotions when she doesnt get her way.
Christy will learn to accept disappointment and react in a more socially appropriate way. Child Care Worker time to help give Christy strategies on how to self-regulate her emotions. (Wait list due to funding) Classroom teacher (CT) will front load Christy with the shape of the day and allow Christy wait time to process the expectations being presented to her. CT will give Christy the choice of three must do jobs allowing her to complete them in the order of her choice with a work break schedule giving her time to make sure her engine is revving right.
We will know Christy is successful by fewer office referrals for temper tantrums and work refusal. In office term 1: Christy had difficulties controlling her temper, as a result she legislated classroom teachers back to work with a 0% wage increase.
In office term 2: Christy is still struggling with regulating her emotions as she is refusing to negotiate a fair and reasonable deal with the teachers.
YEAR-END RECOMMENDATIONS: Christy should seek outside counselling to deal with self-regulation and perspective taking. Apply for extra funding as more SEA time needed (one hour per day).

Christy refuses to follow criteria and complete her work in a timely fashion.
Christy will complete 90% of her work in a timely fashion. (10% allowance for when she just doesnt feel like doing her work.) CT will make sure that Christy is following the assigned criteria for each assignment CT will give verbal prompts to remind Christy to stay on task If there is an EA available they will support Christy as needed to complete assignments (H coding only get 25 min allotted per day of EA time.)
