There are so many of potential energy source in Indonesia especially alternative energy considering

to Indonesia as agricultural nation, so Indonesia has full potential to developing some various of
alternative energy such as biofuel, bio mass and biogas, beside various alternative from green
energy, Indonesia also has full potential of blue energy that become most issues nowadays
considering to almost of Indonesia area are ocean, Indonesia has more than 50 species of algae that
useful to produce blue energy represents to research in the world that has developing three species
in the production of blue energy that can be a step forward in the further research of blue energy
The lack of development as well as knowledge about the benefits of this blue energy became an
obstacle for Indonesia in developing the potential of blue energy itself, Germany as one of the
pioneers in the development of blue energy as environmental-friendly energy has been
development of technology in various sectors in the blue energy utilization is expected to be a place
of learning for our students Polytechnic of Sriwijaya through DAAD study visit to learn more about
