Performing Software Installation, Configuration and maintenance for Windows Client and Server
Operating
Systems (Win 7, Win 8, Server 2003, Server 2008/R2 and
Win Server 2012/R2)
Configuring and maintaining iOS and Android Mobile
Managing Virtual Server on different virtualization platform like Windows Hyper.
Organize Microsoft Exchange online licences, create email account, creating and configuring
distribution groups on exchange online
Import and migrate emails from previous hosting to exchange online
Create and configure Data Back-up jobs to replicate onsite and off-site through FTP
Restoring of files on demand from backup when required
Provide support to end users relating to hardware and software, computer applications, LAN
components and peripherals
Setup, deployed, and maintained of end-user machines
Assisted in discovery, research and resolution of technical issues.
Monitored and responded phone and e-mail requests for technical support
