INGREDIENTS 1.5 cups - frozen cooked Jackfruitseed 1/2 cup - fresh peas 1 - Onion (finely chopped) 2 - Green chillies 2 tbsp - Coconut 5 - Cashew nuts (soaked for 30 minutes) 1 tsp - poppy seed (soaked for 30 minutes) 1/2 tsp - fennel 1 - Bay Leaf 1 inch stick - Cinnamon 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder Salt - to taste 1/2 tbsp - oil Coriander - to garnish METHOD 1. Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf, cinnamon and onions. Fry till onion turns golden brown. 2. Add jackfruit seed and peas. Saute for a few minutes. 3. Add water, salt and garam masala. Cover and cook on medium flame. 4. Meanwhile, grind coconut, chillies, cashew, poppy seed, and fennel. 5. Add this masala to the contents in the pan. 6. Cook till the curry thickens. 7.
