The inspection department has made an online inspecting for the hotels, resorts
and hotels apartments in Ras Al Khaimah, checking on their names, rating,
pictures and updates and they found out that there were plenty of violators some
were violator in rating the hotel and others were violator in writing the right
name of the hotel while others were rating the hotel apartment when they are not
supposed to be rated and some were renting illegal apartment.
No Rating For The Hotel Apartments:
As we went through the network we came to see some booking website like
hotel apartments with violators ere presenting some that w www.uk.hotels.com
rating (stars) like, Queen I nn Hotel Apartment were rating themselves with 3 stars
, www.kayak.com ite but in three different websites not only in the previous webs
. www.sa.wego.com and www.hotelscombined.ae
Another violator hotel apartment is Al Dar I nn Hotel Apartment they rated
, www.kayak.com websites three different in ! themselves with 4 to 4.5 stars
. www.sa.wego.com and www.hotelscombined.ae
Al Maha Residence is one of the violators hotels apartments that were rating
themselves with 3 stars in the same previous websites.
Also, Oasis Hotel apartment rated themselves with 2 to 2.5 stars in
. www.sa.wego.com and www.hotelscombined.ae
Concord Residence is one of these violators and rated themselves with 3 stars in
. www.hotelscombined.ae
All of these hotels apartment are not supposed to be rated because it is measured
internationally with different kind of classifications but not stars.
Hotels apartment are classified under three categories:
1. Deluxe.
2. Superior.
3. Standered.
Wrong Rate:
While checking and looking through the websites we came to found that some
hotels were adding more false stars to the rating to attract more residents to their
hotels.
Capital hotel is one of these hotels that were adding stars and they did add 4
, www.uk.hotels.com websites like stars when they are rated with 2 stars only on
. www.hotelscombined.ae and www.kayak.com
One star hotel like Zein hotel was adding stars to their rating to attract residents
and they added 3 stars when they are only 1 star only on
. www.hotelscombined.ae
Also, Casablanca hotel added 4 stars to their rate when they are only rated with
. www.hotelscombined.ae 1 star! on
Wrong Name:
Some violators were violated because they did not write the right hotels name,
some of them changed the name of the hotel but they did not change it on the
websites while, others wrote the wrong description like they wrote hotels instead
of writing hotels apartment.
Golden Tulip hotel which was named with Khatt Spring hotel and spa
previously, a changing happened on this hotel and they have had to change the
whole managing company so, a new company took care of the hotel and they
change the name of hotel, they were violated because they did not change their
and www.hotelscombined.ae previous hotel name in some websites like,
. www.sa.wego.com
Wrong Name and Rate:
Some hotels and hotels apartments had a wrong description form and wrong
rating like Al Maha hotel apartment they were rating themselves with 3 stars
while there is no stars rating for the hotel apartment and they wrote the wrong
rated themselves with 3 Al Noor Also, . www.sa.wego.com description form on
stars and wrong description (Hotel) and Al Dar I nn hotel apartment rated
themselves with 2 stars and did not change their previous hotel apartment which
. www.hotelscombined.ae and www.kayak.com on both websites was Al Dar
Not Existing:
One of things that were surprising that we found out that one hotel is not
existing hotel apartments in the tourism authority which means that they did not
take a permission to start renting these villas what was strange that the authority
already talked to these people and they did not listen and continue their work.
The Persian Dream or The Holidays both of the names are used for the same
. www.sa.wego.com and www.hotelscombined.ae ! on fake hotel apartments
Cancelled:
There were some hotels that were cancelled and still they were keeping the
advertising on the websites like, Greek Plaza hotel and The View hotel on
and www.hotelscombined.ae , www.kayak.com different websites like,
. www.sa.wego.com

These mistakes can cause big problems to us as the tourism authority because
we will get a bad reputation which it will push tourist and investor away from
our countries because they will be doubt about the honesty of the work of our
country because they would face a very bad experience with the previous
problems at these false hotels.
