un falt elicoidal patentat, ce asigura atat

Datorita garniturilor din cauciuc EPDM
premontate pe fiecare fiting, nu este
necesara utilizarea unor etansanti
suplimentari.

galvanizata (SR EN 10142, SR EN 10143).

Ventilatie eficienta economic

Cerintele actuale ale sistemelor de ventilatie / aer conditionat,
avand in vedere costurile ridicate ale procesarii aerului,
necesita un sistem de tubulatura etans, pentru a mentine
costul operational la un nivel economic. Pierderile inseamna
costuri ridicate in exploatare, supradimensionarea sistemelor,
ajustari/etanseizari suplimentare periodice.
Toate aceste pierderi si disfunctionalitati sunt eliminate in
cazul utilizarii sistemului original SPIRO.

Avantajele SPIROsystem
Instalare rapida si usoara.
Adaptabil - ajustarile prin rotire nu prezinta risc de
pierdere a etanseitatii.
Nu afecteaza mediul inconjurator - nu sunt utilizate
produse de etansare pe baza de solventi.
Poate fi instalat in orice perioada din an, indiferent de
factorii meteo.
Rezistent la temperaturi cuprinse intre -30oC ~ +100oC
Suporta presiuni pozitive de pana la 3000 Pa.

Descriere
Metoda SPIROsystem de etansare este bazata pe un profil
din cauciuc EPDM omogen. Garnitura este localizata intr-un
canal ambutisat de la marginea fitingului si atasata fara a
putea fi extrasa, garantandu-se astfel mentinerea intr-o
pozitie corecta.
Garnitura trebuie sa corespunda celor mai stricte cerinte de

calitate, asadar a fost ales cauciucul EPDM. Acest material
este foarte rezistent la ozon si razele UV, in acelasi timp
nefiind afectat de fluctuatiile de temperatura.
Acest tip de cauciuc tolereaza temperaturi cuprinse intre
-30oC ~ +100oC. Rezistenta materialului la diverse substante
este specificata in tabelul din paginile urmatoare.

Testarea garniturilor
Toate produsele SPIROsystem au fost testate din punct

de vedere al pierderilor conform graficului de mai jos.
Toate produsele SPIROsystem sunt testate referitor la

calitatea garniturii, dupa cum urmeaza:
1.Verificarea vizuala a suprafetei garniturii.

2.Verificarea diametrului interior al garniturii. Aceasta verificare are repercursiuni referitoare la rezistenta la imbatranire
a garniturii.
3.Verificarea dimensionala a garniturii intr-un proiector de
profile, in concordanta cu tolerantele specificate.
4.Testarea deformarii garniturii prin simularea montajului,
utilizand un dispozitiv intinzator, plasat intr-un cuptor pentru
a mari intensitatea efectului. Dupa acest lucru, este verificata
elasticitatea garniturii, ce afecteaza direct proprietatile sale
de etansare.

pop-nituri etanse (interzis utilizarea pop-niturilor standard).

Distribuiti suruburile / pop-niturile etanse in mod egal pe

intreaga circumferinta, fara a strapunge garnitura (a se
fixa la aprox. 10 mm de capatul tubulaturii / ambutisare).
In cazul fixarii gresite, gaurile rezultate trebuiesc etansate.

Presiune negativa
In sistemele ce au presiune negativa mare comparativ cu presiunea atmosferica,
exista riscul deformarii tubulaturii. Deformarea are ca punct de plecare cel mai
slab punct al sistemului, ca de exemplu lovituri, infundari etc. datorate manipularii
sau transportului. Asadar, este foarte important ca tubulatura utilizata in astfel de
aplicatii sa fie intacta; manipularea si transportul trebuie facute cu mare atentie.
Tabelul de mai jos prezinta presiunea negativa maximum permisa (Pa) pentru
tubulatura circulara cu falt elicoidal.

Modalitate executie pentru d1315
Atenuator de zgomot circular, pentru SPIROsystem.

Este construit la exterior dintr-un tub circular SPIRO, la
interior din tabla de otel perforata, avand intre ele un
strat de vata minerala cu rol de absorbtie a zgomotului.

NPL
Grosimea stratului de vata minerala este de 50 sau 100 mm,

in functie de diametrul exterior.
Sunt realizate la lungimi standard de 300, 600, 900, 1200
si 1500 mm, in functie de diametrul de conectare.
Pentru dimensiuni d1<315, este livrat cu conector la

ambele capete, prevazut cu garnitura.
Pentru dimensiuni d1315, este livrat cu 2 conectori tip
NPL, ce trebuie montati inainte de instalare.
