Taking a Performance Series Assessment

Please read carefully

1. Go to http://www.edperformance.com
2. Click either math or reading
3. Enter the Site ! "supplied #y your teacher$ and click Next
4. Choose a su#%ect area and click Next
5. Enter your student ! "supplied #y your teacher$
6. &ead any instructions
7. &ead each 'uestion and choose an answer and click NEXT
Please note:
f you need to stop the assessment click STOP, the test will resume where
you left off. Students are encouraged to use the ST(P #utton as needed. This
is not a timed test. f you ha)e technical issues* the test will stop and should
resume where you left off.
f the 'uestion contains a story* #e sure to click ne+t as soon as you finish
reading. The story stays on the screen* so you can refer to the story as you
answer the 'uestions related to the story.
f you don,t pick an answer #efore you click Next Question* the computer
will remind you to choose an answer #efore going to the ne+t 'uestion.
t,s )ery important to do your #est and answer e)erything carefully. The
test will stop if you guess on answers. f this continues the test will stop and
you will need to start the test again from the #eginning.
8. -hen you finish the 'uestions* the test lets you know you are done. Click
Done. .our teacher will pro)ide you with your test results at a later time.

/ Pro)iding any help with reading passages or 'uestion content or meaning
