This document announces a new freestyle clinic called "Developing Speed – Maintaining Pace" presented by Olympic coach Thomas Ansorg. The clinic will take place on August 24th from 7-9:30 am at the Millennium Institute of Sport & Health. The clinic focuses on transferring freestyle stroke technique and power into sustainable swim speed and race pacing. It is a continuation from previous stroke technique clinics. Participants will experience hands-on training and coaching in the pool and a debriefing session. The entry fee is $75 and entries close on August 20th.

This new clinic is the focused approach of transferring Freestyle stroke technique and pull power into sustainable swim speed and race pacing. This clinic is a continuation and progression from our previous thorough freestyle stroke technique and efficiency work.

ENTRIES:
Entry fee is $75.00. Late Entries $85.00 and will only be accepted at the discretion of the organiser and only if there is enough lane space.
