RAINSENSOR
REPLACEMENT
HINT:
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
1. REMOVE INNERREARVIEWMIRRORSTAY HOLDERCOVER(TMC MADE)
(a) Remove the inner rear viewmirror stay holder cover.
2. REMOVE RAINSENSORCOVER
(a) TMUK, TMMT made:
Disengagethe2claws, andremovetherainsensorcover.
(b) Disengage the 2 claws, and remove the brackets of the
rain sensor cover.
3. REMOVE RAINSENSOR
(a) Disconnect the connector, and remove the rain sensor.
NOTICE:
Checkthattheadhesiveoftherainsensordoesnotremain
onthewindshieldglass. If itremains, removeit.
4. INSTALL RAINSENSOR
(a) Clean the installation surface of the rain sensor on the
windshield glass.
(b) Remove the protective cover on the rain sensor.
NOTICE:
Donottouchtheadhesivesurfacedirectlywithafinger.
