4. Seller to startout MT-799(R.W.A)totheBuyersBankaccount.
5. Buyer will respondwithMT-799confirming that theBuyer is ready, ableandwilling
tobuytheB.G. fromtheseller.
6. Seller causes hisbanksendingMT-760toBuyers bankaccount.
7. If the issuing banks MT-760 has proper wording about they will guarantee
payment onthe B.G. ondue date : thenthe Buyer will sendover payment viaMT-
103. If not thenfollowsteps8and9below.
8. Buyer will replywithSWIFTto issuingbankaskingif theywill guaranteepaymenton
theB.G. onduedate.
9. After issuingbanks confirmationof their guaranteepayment whendue, theBuyer
sbankwill sendover paymentviaMT-103.
10. Seller causeshis banksendingtheHARDCOPYof BANKGUARANTEEORSTANDBY
L/Cto Buyersbankin7days.
