ABSTRACT

The research entitled "DESIGN AND AUTOMATION PLANT USING RECYCLED

PLASTIC EXTRUSION MICROLOGIX PLC ALLEN - BRADLEY 1100". Made due to the
need to give higher productivity and autonomy to the process. Thus Automation injection plant
recycled plastic raised .

The overall objective of the research is determine the benefits of the design and automation of a
plant using recycled plastic injection Micrologix PLC.

According to theories found the following hypothesis is proposed : the process and the variables
of a Plastic Injection is known and better automation is achieved.

Design is developed to facilitate the automation of extrusion plant.
Successfully achieved Automation Plastic extruder using Micrologix 1100 PLC.

After application of experimentation is concluded that the design and automation of a plant
using recycled plastic extrusion PLC Micrologix 1100 Allen- Bradley , produces great benefits
as it improves the productivity of the plant.
